Index

Catalog by container. Each entry: link · type · status · one-line. The agent updates this every ingest. Read it first when answering a query.

For documents not yet ingested, two distinct states:

  • needs export — the team has written it; drop the source in raw/ to ingest.
  • needs drafting — the System Map names it but it hasn’t been written yet.

📖 See /glossary.md for vocabulary discipline — especially the doubled meaning of “three layers” (wiki’s three rates of change vs. v5’s three architectural levels of the practice).

Guiding Principles — what must remain true

⚠️ Source numbering anomalies (v3) — preserved verbatim per team decision. Gap at statement 8 · duplicate label 14 (two distinct statements) · gap at 22. The team will renumber in review. A renumber will be a wiki-wide operation touching every [[principle-N]] cross-reference across wiki/, plus purpose.md and the fork file. Do not rename principle files in isolation.

Facets (the Six Facets — constitutional value set, new 2026-05-25 from v5)

The Six Facets are the value set the practice answers to — what a member is developing. They live inside Guiding Principles as a sibling page type to principle (per templates/facet.md). Held as under-review pending team confirmation of their relationship to the numbered Principles. All six substantially expanded 2026-05-25 from the Colwell Practice Immersion Manual v3 (Appendix I, pp. 107-109) with canonical “I…” competency lists. Facet 6 gains a trinitarian sub-structure (I trust myself / I trust the world / I trust Source) per the same source.

EPI Foundational Commitments (the four — new 2026-05-25 from Colwell Manual v3)

  • epi-foundational-commitments · facet · under-review · the four personal declarations members make: Above the Line / SEW + unarguable / cocreative / 100% responsibility · distinct from numbered Principles (constitutional) and Facets (developmental)

Structure (how members work the practice over time — contested)

📌 Four distinct slots now filed (see Practice-structure slots in /glossary.md). Pages in different slots are not alternatives — they answer different questions. Convergence happens per slot.

Slot: practice-structure (long developmental arc)

  • twelve-steps · model · waning · developmental arc borrowed from AA; losing favor · v1 draft ingested 2026-05-24; sponsorship surfaced as open convergence question vs principle-20/principle-21 (Guide–Traveler); v5 continues to hold as one option

Slot: in-the-moment-form (the repeated micro-move)

  • practice-cycle · model · candidate · needs export · notice → SEW → meet → discern → pathway → act → return; drafted, not yet rendered per System Map

Slot: onboarding-arc (order of introducing the tools) · 🆕 Wave C

Slot: ongoing-competency-arc (capacities developed over time) · 🆕 Wave C

  • six-facets-developmental-arc · model · candidate · Level II ongoing structure organized by the Six Facets; “I…” competencies per facet
