Facet: Navigating Your Inner World

The capacity to recognize one’s own personas, projections, and inner structures — and to move among them with awareness rather than being run by them.

How it shows up in practice

The inner world is populated. A person is not a single self; they are a collection of personas, voices, and patterns that take the wheel under different conditions. Navigation begins when a practitioner can name the inner structure they are inside in any given moment — and from there, relate to it instead of being it.
