Principle 10: No Central Authority

There is no central authority. Coordination among groups happens through service, not through power.

Commentary

Structural prevention of hierarchy across groups. Service replaces command; coordination is voluntary and functional, never authoritative.

Status notes

v3, ready for team review. Named (with Principle 5 and 9) as in direct tension with the superseded Facilitator Development Pathway — see facilitator-pathway-vs-no-professional-class.
