Overview
Regenerated each ingest. The 30-second “where do we stand” view.
Where the foundational set stands
- Guiding Principles v3 — ingested as 22 principle pages; all
under-reviewpending ratification. Source numbering preserved verbatim (gap at 8, duplicate 14, gap at 22 — see index header for renumber note). 9 of 22 have v5 independent confirmation as of 2026-05-25. - The Six Facets — NEW 2026-05-25 from v5 strategy draft. Six facet
pages added inside Guiding Principles (facet-translating-body-wisdom et
al.), all
under-review. New page typefacetintroduced;templates/ facet.mdadded. Their relationship to the numbered Principles is itself an open question for the team (see Open Forks below). - Core Practice tools — sew substantively rewritten 2026-05-24
from the ILC master curriculum (Weeks 2–3); now full canonical
rather than v5-only anchor. daily-meditation still
proposed— the 90-second specification is new and not yet team-ratified. - 13 deep-dive tool stubs filled 2026-05-24 from the 2025 ILC
Master Curriculum (AT version), promoted from
needs-exporttocanonical: experiencing-your-feelings, emotional-cycles, full-body-yes-no, sourcing-your-own-safety, karpman-triangle, four-pillars-of-integrity, incompletion-inventory, withhold-withdraw-project, projection-work, personas, persona-interviews, intentions, commitments. The ILC curriculum is treated as canonical EPI tool wording per team decision this ingest. Layer 3 (wrapper / model) content from the same source held back deliberately — see Deferred work below. - Wave B (small new pages from ILC) — 6 pages added 2026-05-24:
- Tools: arguable-vs-unarguable (
canonical) — the discipline that runs across SEW, projection work, W/W/P, Karpman, and Pillar 2; bodify (canonical) — the verb form of dropping into the body now, paired with a glossary entry; upper-limit-problem (needs-exportstub) — Hendricks term referenced without definition, page exists for cross-linkability. - Framings (all
candidate): challenge-by-choice, learning-model-not-pathology, play — three newcomer-facing wordings from Week 1 of the curriculum. - Glossary: new Practice vocabulary section added with the Bodify entry.
- Tools: arguable-vs-unarguable (
- Wave C (wrapper layer) — 3 pages added, 1 fork opened 2026-05-24.
Completes the three-wave ILC ingest. The §8 peer-led tension held
back in Waves A/B is now made visible through an open fork rather
than silently resolved.
- Models: ilc-fundamentals-arc (
candidate, new slotonboarding-arc) — the 13-week sequence; six-facets-developmental-arc (candidate, new slotongoing-competency-arc) — Level II competency-by-facet structure. - Open fork: structured-curriculum-vs-open-meeting — three-sided, NOT resolved: A) ILC as valued teaching container, B) ILC in active tension with peer-led, C) reformed-ILC middle path. Live discernment needed.
- Taxonomy: four practice-structure slots formalized in
/glossary.md(practice-structure,in-the-moment-form,onboarding-arc,ongoing-competency-arc); pages in different slots are not alternatives. - Updated: twelve-steps frontmatter and Coexisting candidates section to reflect the distinct-slots taxonomy.
- Models: ilc-fundamentals-arc (
- inner-map — promoted to full canonical writeup 2026-05-25
later same day from
/assets/Inner-Map-24x36-1-scaled.png(the 24×36 canonical Inner Map poster by Julia Colwell, PhD). The full vertical-state scale is now transcribed (Peace/Joy/Love/Appreciation/ Acceptance/Neutrality above the Bridge; Pride/Anger/Fear-Agitated/ Fear-Frozen/Sadness/Despair/Guilt/Shame/Death below). The Bridge (“Willingness to shift and see self as creator”) and the Power Over / Power Under / Evolutionary Power axis are now load- bearing on the page. v5’s “Reactive Brain is not the enemy” caveat retained as load-bearing commentary alongside the diagram. - Deep-dive tools — 30 stubs added 2026-05-25, originally all
needs-export. 13 of 30 now filled 2026-05-24 from the ILC curriculum (see list above). 17 stubs remainneeds-export: fact, unconscious-to-conscious-commitments, openness-to-discovery-scale, creative-tossing, persona-to-essence, power-with-over-under, determining-purpose, manifesto, essence-interview, creative-brain-communication, energy-practices, conings, quantum-feedback, vibration-inventory, friendly-universe, states-practice, open-heart-practices. - Safe Harbor statement — NEW 2026-05-25 from v5. Filed as
activecontainer inwiki/structure/; load-bearing per v5’s own framing. - Twelve Steps v1 — ingested 2026-05-24 into twelve-steps · status
remains
waning(v5 does not move this; continues to hold the “12-step-style path” as one option among several) · pointer-drift on three Principle citations flagged inline · sponsorship surfaced as open convergence question vs Guide–Traveler · Sarah’s draft of Step 12 referenced but not yet inraw/ - The Practice Cycle — drafted, not yet rendered · source needs export · in-the-moment form, candidate alongside the Steps in the practice-structure slot
- Meeting Script v2 — exists; needs export and revision to align with Guiding Principles v3 (especially principle-13 — meeting as open container)
- Six other documents named by the System Map — need drafting by the team (Guide–Traveler Companion, Host Orientation, Group Conscience, Starting a Group, Carry the Message, Group Info Sheet) — see index
Ratified principles
(none yet locked — all 22 v3 statements are under-review; statement-by-
statement ratification will tighten the gospel automatically. v5 source
confirmations on 9 statements now provide a second-voice corroboration
that may inform the team’s ratification pass.)
Statements named load-bearing by source (expected to survive trim)
principle-1 · principle-2 · principle-5 · principle-9 · principle-11 · principle-19
Statements named as friction points
- principle-7 — no bolt-on modalities
- principle-16 — separation from paid work (hardest to live by)
Statements new in v3 (extra-careful review)
- principle-13 — meeting as open container · v5-confirmed
- principle-14-containers — practice has multiple homes
- principle-20 — Guide–Traveler as a recognized form · v5-confirmed
- principle-21 — Guide is not above the Traveler · v5-confirmed
Where convergence is active
- practice/structure slot: Twelve Steps (waning) ↔ Practice Cycle (candidate, awaiting export) ↔ open slots. v5 adds the question of whether the Six Facets + Practice Cycle together obviate the need for a separate developmental arc at all.
- accompaniment role naming: 5 candidates in accompaniment-role-naming — Guide/Traveler (current), Walking Partner, Practice Partner, Companion, Accompanier.
- library naming: 17 candidates in library-naming; v5 working title is Coming Home.
Open forks (need team discernment)
-
structured-curriculum-vs-open-meeting — 🆕 NEW from Wave C ingest 2026-05-24. Three-sided, OPEN: A) ILC as valued teaching container, B) ILC in active tension with peer-led, C) reformed-ILC middle path. Lives in conversation with the resolved facilitator-pathway-vs-no-professional-class fork. Live team discernment needed; not a wiki determination.
-
The Colwell Practice ↔ EPI relationship — NEW from Inner Map ingest 2026-05-25. The canonical Inner Map diagram credits The Colwell Practice (Julia Colwell, PhD) as institutional source. Is EPI the same fellowship under a different name, a sister organization, a peer-led spinoff, or something else? Affects how attribution is worded on every canonical Tool page sourced from Colwell material. Flagged on inner-map under Source and attribution. Not yet a Fork page (no clean Side A / Side B yet); held here as an open question for the team.
-
Six Facets ↔ Guiding Principles relationship — NEW from v5 ingest 2026-05-25. v5 frames the Six Facets as a “constitutional reference structure” — but the Guiding Principles already hold the constitutional role. Three plausible relationships: (a) facets and principles are two complementary views of the same constitutional layer (current filing); (b) facets are the deeper constitution and principles are operational expressions of them; (c) facets are a parallel organizing taxonomy primarily for the Tool library and not constitutional in the same way. Not yet a Fork page (no clean Side A / Side B yet); held here as an open question for the team.
-
practice-structure: what reshapes/replaces the Twelve Steps (Steps waning, no successor chosen; Practice Cycle is one coexisting candidate; the Six Facets may change the question).
-
Guide–Traveler: ratify-in-advance vs. let-emerge — quiet structural question: the form is in principle-20 but is NOT yet a practice in the existing Men’s Group. Source flags as an explicit team choice. Not yet a Fork page; held as an open question.
-
Sponsor vs. Guide–Traveler — naming/convergence — Twelve Steps v1 introduces sponsor in “On Working the Steps.” Same 1:1 territory as principle-20/principle-21 (Guide–Traveler) and as the accompaniment candidates from v5. Held as open; not yet a Fork.
Resolved forks (lineage)
- facilitator pathway → chose peer-led, no professional class · reinforced by Principle 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 · v5 language-drift note appended to the fork file (steward / facilitator / pod / training vocabulary in v5 Phase 3-4 planning prose — flagged for team rewrite or defense).
Open at the wiki’s birth (from purpose.md, updated)
- Ratifying the Guiding Principles — now in scope: 22 pages live,
status
under-review, ready for statement-by-statement team review. 9 statements now have v5 independent corroboration. - Finding the wrapper/flow that replaces or reshapes the Twelve Steps — open. v5 introduces the Six Facets + Practice Cycle combination as a possible reframe of the whole question.
- The word “presencing” (Principle 2) — pending; note the v3 statement does not actually contain the word “presencing” yet, though Open Questions flag it as the canonical word; team to confirm and likely revise the statement text.
- Statement count — v3 contains 22 statements (with the duplicate 14 counted as one labeled position; 23 distinct numbered entries). Target per source: 12–16. Naming resolved 2026-05-25: the layer is now Guiding Principles (was “Integrity Layer”). See glossary for the rename and the discipline around the doubled meaning of “three layers.”
- Statement 24 (institutional independence) — team to confirm whether genuinely foundational or current preference.
Deferred / still open from the ILC curriculum ingest
The 2025 ILC Master Curriculum three-wave ingest is complete. What remains open:
- Wave A landed. 13 tool stubs filled, sew rewritten.
- Wave B landed. 6 small new pages (3 tools, 3 framings) + glossary Bodify entry. Framings NOT filed remain deferred: Watch one, do one, teach one / RIPPLERS (now in conversation through the open Wave C fork), Influence not control (captured inside sew), No compromise (flagged as team-review on full-body-yes-no).
- Wave C landed. Two model pages and one OPEN fork. The fork is the central open piece — see Open forks above.
- Concepts named but undescribed in the curriculum still
needs-export: Genius Quadrant, I Choose Happy, Climbing the Inner Map, Persona Mapping. Filed nowhere yet because the curriculum names them only in Level II as applied tools without enough surrounding context to write a useful stub. - 17 handouts referenced by the curriculum but not present in
raw/— full list in the Wave A log entry. Includes handouts the team already uses (Persona Chart, Withhold/Withdraw/Project, Rocketship, Incompletion Inventory) and external materials (Victim Questionnaire by Ethel Greene, Relationship Skills Workbook).
New since the last overview
- Vocabulary glossary at
/glossary.md(vault root, alongside CLAUDE.md and purpose.md) — disambiguates the wiki’s “three rates of change” from v5’s “three architectural levels of the practice,” names vocabulary to avoid (facilitator / steward / certified), and lists current container and status conventions. Consult on any page that uses a doubled-meaning term. templates/facet.md— new page type template.wiki/practice/framings/— new subfolder; first inhabitants are the two v5 framing-sets above.
