Facet: Living Your Big Life
The capacity to bring the practice into ordinary life — energy, connection, creative engagement — so that “big life” means the actual lived one, not a future imagined one.
Living in the realm of essence and expressing your gifts through your genius is a life most of us only dream of. Building in these advanced practices supports you to live your biggest, best life across time. — Manual v3, p. 108
The trinitarian structure of Facet 6
This facet has a structural feature the wiki did not previously carry: it is organized in three sub-categories based on what the practitioner is trusting. Together they describe the orientation of someone living a “big life”:
Living this way assumes that we live as animals do: We trust ourselves, we trust the world, and we trust Source. — Manual v3, p. 108
The three sub-facets:
- We trust ourselves — I use practices to support expansive living and collective healing.
- We trust the world — I cultivate an open heart.
- We trust Source — I resonate in a high energy field.
Each has its own “I…” competencies. The Self-Evaluation instrument in the manual (pp. 116-119) is split into these three sections.
How it shows up in practice
The other five facets converge here, in lived experience. A practitioner is not perfecting an interior state; they are living. Energy practices, attention to vibration and field, choosing to live as if the universe is friendly, opening the heart in ordinary moments — these are the practices that bring the work out of the practice room and into a life.
The “I…” competencies — by sub-facet
I trust myself — use practices to support expansive living
(Manual v3, p. 109; expanded in Self-Evaluation p. 116):
- I use a variety of tools that reliably move density out of my body.
- I connect to energy fields of high vibrations.
- What I generate has high vibration (thoughts, words, expression).
- I know myself to be the source of my ongoing experience.
- I seek feedback and respond to it with openness and agility.
- I cultivate neutrality, acceptance, appreciation, love, joy, and peace.
- I have a daily practice of awareness (cultivated by such actions as meditation, walking, prayer, gardening, dance, etc.).
- I take care of myself exquisitely. I live from genius.
- I own my projections and wonder into them: what is the feedback I’m creating for myself?
- I value being challenged by relationships as a path to moving dense energy out of my body.
I trust the world — cultivate an open heart
(Manual v3, p. 109; Self-Evaluation p. 118):
- I accept, appreciate, and love what is.
- I choose to keep my heart open.
- I live from service.
- I embrace all states of consciousness, knowing them all as divine.
- I value being challenged by relationships as a path to moving dense energy out of my body.
- I choose to interpret my experiences through the most expansive story I can create.
I trust Source — resonate in a high energy field
(Manual v3, p. 109; Self-Evaluation p. 119):
- I know I live in a friendly universe where life is unfolding perfectly.
- What I absorb has high vibration (food, air, substances, thoughts, words, music, relationships, experiences, media).
- I generate thoughts and expression that have high energetic vibration.
- I have an ongoing connection to a larger intelligence.
- I notice and co-create with the magic that is all around me.
Tools for Facets 5 + 6
The manual names these tools as the ones applied across Facets 5 and 6 (Manual v3, p. 109):
- Genius Quadrant
- persona-to-essence
- Climbing the Inner Map (see inner-map)
- creative-brain-communication
- I Choose Happy
- manifesto
- Playing with ULPs (see upper-limit-problem)
Several of these — Genius Quadrant, I Choose Happy — are named
across the source materials but not yet given canonical
descriptions in the wiki. They remain needs-export as separate
tool pages until the team confirms their canonical form.

pending team confirmation of the Six Facets’ relationship to the Guiding
Principles.

Immersion Manual v3 (pp. 108-109, 116-119): the trinitarian
sub-structure (I trust myself / I trust the world / I trust Source)
and the full “I…” competency lists were added. This facet in
particular still has multiple sub-tools (Genius Quadrant, I Choose
Happy, conings, quantum feedback, vibration inventory, friendly
universe) that remain needs-export — the manual confirms their
existence but does not give canonical descriptions for all of
them.
