Facet: Getting Unstuck
The capacity to recognize a stuck pattern, name what’s keeping it in place, and practice the move that frees energy back into choice.
How it shows up in practice
Stuck is a state, not an identity. Everyone gets stuck; stuck can always move. This facet names the cluster of moves that interrupt a pattern at the point where it has gripped — naming the withhold, making the unconscious commitment conscious, opening to discovery where defendedness had been, returning to presence.
