Principle 17: Integrity Over Growth
Integrity over growth. We do not scale faster than our integrity can hold.
Commentary
Explicit refusal to optimize for size. Slow growth is a feature, not a bug — the fellowship grows at the pace its capacity to hold the practice cleanly grows. Naming the priority order (integrity first, growth second) removes the silent default that more is better.
